When booked along with a photography package, coordinator services include organizing the rehearsal the evening before, set up for ceremony and reception, as well as take down after the reception has ended. $500
With years of experience photographing wedding ceremonies and receptions, I have found that I have much more to offer my clients than just photography. A Wedding Day Set Up and Coordinator is someone who can be there to execute the vision for the bride and groom. The day before and morning of your wedding can be very hectic, this allows for peace of mind with set up. So you can just enjoy your day!
Some wedding venues do not have a set-up or a day of coordinator. Please contact me so we can discuss what your needs are.
What does a day of coordinator do?
*Rehearsal coordination the evening before
*Organization with the wedding venue
*Set Up Ceremony Site
*Set Up Reception including: table arrangements, linens and centerpieces, place settings, card table, cake table, etc....
*Management with vendors and/or table and chairs companies to make necessary arrangements.
*Venue Walk-Thru prior to wedding day
*Unlimited contact with bride and groom to be sure the day is set up as planned.
*Assist in decor needs
*Take down after the reception has ended, which includes packing up all your personal items
